VI Neurobiology meeting of the Mexican Society For Biochemistry
WELCOME
We are delighted to invite the scientific community, and especially neurobiologists, to participate in the VI Neurobiology Meeting, which will take place in the beautiful city of San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, from September 20 to 24, 2025. This event aims to present the latest advances in neurobiology from Mexico and worldwide, foster academic interaction between students and researchers, and create a platform for sharing ideas on education, outreach, and innovation among national and international participants.
In addition, we warmly invite the citizens of San Luis Potosí to join us on Saturday, September 20, for an open-door event titled “Neurosciences for Everyone: A Conversation with Our Scientists.” This family-friendly event will allow adults, young people, and children to engage with neuroscientists, ask questions, and explore topics related to brain function and a wide range of neurobiology and neuroscience subjects.

Instructions for Posters
Poster Dimensions (Vertical Position): The suggested poster size is 90×120 cm (35.4×47.3 in). For international attendees, the A0 standard paper size is a closely matching option.
Poster Design and Readability: Make your poster attractive and accessible to all conference attendees working in the different fields of neuroscience. We strongly encourage using explanatory diagrams to depict experimental strategies and summarize results. We also suggest you keep text to a minimum and avoid making a crowded poster. Please ensure all your images and text font sizes are large enough for comfortable reading from 2 meters.
Poster Numbering: Posters will be assigned numbers based on the chosen subject during abstract submission. Please display your poster on the board with the corresponding number. The poster number will be published in the webpage in the following weeks.
Photography and Videos: Kindly refrain from capturing pictures or videos of any poster without explicit permission from the presenting author.
Display Supplies: Materials for poster attachment and display will be provided.
Material Recommendation: We highly recommend printing your poster on paper or light fabric (such as satin cloth).
Avoid Heavy Fabrics! It’s advisable to avoid heavy-weight fabric posters, including materials like PVC/Vinyl/lona, as they tend to fall and may require board perforation, which is not allowed.
